Terms and Conditions

In the event that changes to a confirmed reservation are sought, Beyond Golf Tours endeavors to accommodate such requests, subject to the following stipulations. An administration fee of $100 will be levied to cover the associated costs of facilitating modifications. Additionally, any non-refundable charges imposed by airlines, hotels, golf courses, ground handlers, or affiliated entities must be remitted.

This serves as official notice regarding the cancellation policy for Beyond Golf Tours packages. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Beyond Golf Tours, accompanied by a statement detailing the reasons for cancellation. In the event that the cancellation by one or more members of a group results in alterations to room occupancy or tee times for remaining members, the latter are obligated to cover any revised golfing or accommodation charges. Penalties for cancellations, either by individuals within the group or the group as a whole, are as follows:

Airfare:
‍a) Cancellation at any time prior to departure - 100% of the airfare portion price.

B.Land Package:
‍a) Cancellation made 90 days or more prior to departure - deposit paid.
b) Cancellation within 90 days of departure - 100% of the land portion price.

Clients who have paid the applicable insurance premium and whose cancellations are attributed to medical or related causes, as specified in their policy, may recover penalties from their insurer. Processing fees for credit card transactions incurred by Golf Away Tours will be deducted from any applicable refund to clients.

It is important to note that the aforementioned conditions are the general cancellation terms of Golf Away Tours. However, specific cancellation policies of individual suppliers may vary. If payment terms and conditions deviate from those outlined above, Golf Away Tours will explicitly articulate such distinctions in our proposal. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these conditions and to reach out for clarification if needed.

The tour packages offered by Beyond Golf Tours are quoted in specific currencies, as clearly indicated. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices are provided on a per-person basis, with single, double, twin, quad, or other occupancy types specifically identified. The quoted prices are established based on costs and exchange rates prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to potential adjustments arising from airfare increases, fluctuations in exchange rates, government tax hikes, alterations to currency exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control.

Beyond Golf Tours remains committed to providing transparency, and in the event of any potential price increase, we will make diligent efforts to notify you at least 14 days prior to the scheduled departure. This proactive communication allows our valued clients to stay informed and make well-informed decisions regarding their travel plans. Please be assured that our goal is to offer you a comprehensive understanding of the pricing structure associated with our tour packages, with due consideration for external variables that may impact the overall cost.

Beyond Golf Tours is dedicated to ensuring your travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. Approximately two weeks before your departure, we will provide all necessary travel documents and vouchers for your convenience. Additionally, you can expect detailed information about the destination, selected hotels, local currency, regulations, customs, distances between hotels and golf courses, starting times, and entertainment and dining options for packages outside of North America. Our goal is to equip you with all the essential details to enhance your preparedness and make your golfing adventure truly memorable.

Baggage allowances for checked luggage differ among regularly scheduled, charter, and discount airlines, as well as across various classes of service. While most regularly scheduled and charter airlines generally permit golf bags as part of the luggage allowance, it's important to note that some discount airlines may have restrictions in this regard. To ensure accurate information and avoid any inconvenience, we recommend confirming the applicable baggage allowances and associated fees at the time of booking. This proactive approach ensures clarity regarding luggage policies, allowing for a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

We regret to inform that no refunds, rainchecks, or adjustments will be offered for unused vacation features or travel services. This policy is in effect to maintain fairness and consistency, and we appreciate your understanding in adhering to these terms. It is advised to plan and utilize all vacation features and travel services as intended to make the most of your experience.

Beyond Golf Tours a Division of Beyond Land and Sea Travel LLC. (referred to herein as the Company) serves solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, steamship lines, golf facilities, or the proprietors and contractors providing accommodations, transportation, or other services. All coupons, exchange orders, contracts, and tickets issued by the Company are subject to the applicable tariffs, terms, and conditions established by the aforementioned providers of accommodations, transportation, or any other services.

By accepting such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets, clients acknowledge and agree to the foregoing terms. Clients also recognize that neither the Company nor any of its affiliates shall be held liable or responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons, property, or otherwise, associated with accommodations, transportation, or other services. This includes events resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, machinery breakdowns, acts of government or other authorities, declared or undeclared wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays, or cancellations, or changes in itineraries or schedules beyond the Company's control.

Clients further agree that neither the Company nor any of its affiliates shall be held liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liabilities incurred due to any of the aforementioned causes. It is noted that airlines are not to be held responsible for any acts, omissions, or events during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft.

In this case, the business entity known as "Beyond Golf Tours" is operated by Beyond Land and Sea Travel LLC. As a retail travel agency, Beyond Land and Sea Travel LLC is officially registered under the Ontario Government Ministry of Consumer Services, complying with the Travel Industry Act 1975 with Registration No. 50021282. The funds held on deposit are safeguarded by the compensation fund in accordance with the stipulations outlined by the Ontario Travel Industry Act 1975.
