The Oasis Golf Club (Palmer)
The Palmer Course at Oasis Golf Club in Mesquite, Nevada, is an 18-hole, par-71 course designed by Arnold Palmer. Opened in 1995, it offers five sets of tees, with the back tees measuring 6,468 yards. The course features rugged canyon fairways and meticulously contoured greens, providing a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels.
The layout incorporates significant elevation changes, with several elevated tee boxes offering panoramic views of the surrounding desert landscape. Notable holes include the par-5 5th, which features a 100-foot descent from tee to fairway, and the par-4 6th, a dogleg right with the green nestled at the back of a box canyon.
The Palmer Course has been recognized among the “Top 10 You Can Play” by Golf Digest. It also served as the host for the Golf Channel’s “Big Break Mesquite.”
Complementing the golf experience, the Oasis Golf Club offers a 29,000-square-foot clubhouse with dining facilities, a pro shop, and practice areas, including a driving range and putting greens.
