Sky Mountain
Sky Mountain Golf Course, located in Hurricane, Utah, is a public 18-hole course owned and operated by the City of Hurricane. Situated in scenic Southern Utah, it is surrounded by Zion National Park and the Pine Valley Mountain Range, offering golfers breathtaking panoramic views.
Designed by Jeff Hardin and opened in 1994, the course features rolling fairways and tabletop greens framed by red sand and lava-filled desert surroundings. The layout measures 6,383 yards from the back tees, playing to a par of 72. Despite its moderate length, Sky Mountain presents a challenging experience with its elevation changes and strategically placed hazards.
A standout hole is the par-4 7th, a mid-length hole that plays downhill off the tee and slightly uphill on the approach to a hillside, multi-tiered green complex tucked behind a fronting pond and two bunkers.
